Little Dreams is the publishing name used by children's author Samara Sharpe. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your personal information is used, you can contact us at contact@littledreams.ie.
Information we collect
If you choose to join the Little Dreams mailing list, we collect your email address and any other information you choose to provide through the signup form.
When you subscribe, our mailing list provider, MailerLite, may also record technical information associated with your subscription, such as your IP address, approximate location, the date and time of your subscription, and information about how you subscribed. This information may be used to manage the mailing list and maintain a record of your consent.
How we use your information
We use this information to send you occasional news and updates about Samara Sharpe's books, including Little the Giant, and other Little Dreams projects and future stories.
We send these emails based on your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
MailerLite
We use MailerLite to manage our mailing list and send email updates. Information submitted through our mailing-list forms, together with technical information associated with your subscription, is therefore processed using MailerLite's services.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic information about how our websites are used and to help us improve them.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed with privacy in mind and does not use cookies or local storage to collect analytics data.
How long we keep your information
We keep your mailing-list information for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we will stop using your information to send you marketing emails, subject to any limited retention required to maintain your unsubscribe preference or meet legal obligations.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information.
We only share information with service providers where necessary to operate our websites and mailing list, including services such as MailerLite and Cloudflare.
Your rights
Under data protection law, you may have rights in relation to your personal information, including the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to delete your information;
- restrict or object to certain processing; and
